Dr. Liu has extensive experiences in developing large, complex, mission-critical software systems for spacecraft commanding/control, global air/ground network infrastructure, and optical network design/management from his employment with Lockheed Martin, ARINC, and Corvis in the United States. He has been teaching management course in the MBA Program and software development methodology/design/programming courses in the Dept. of IT as an adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, USA since year 2000. He was a key member of the marketing/sales team at Corvis for selling telecom equipment to China government and telecom carriers. He has performed management consulting work for Intel, Lockheed Martin, and Ministry of Aerospace Industry of China. Dr. Liu has published research papers in international journals and at conferences in aerospace engineering, physical oceanography, and quantitative modeling during his work at Oregon State University as a post-doc, University of Maryland as a research scientist and Johns Hopkins University as adjunct faculty. His educational background includes Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, M.S. in Engineering Management, and B.S. in Aircraft Engines.

Mr. Liang Li brings over ten years of business and IT experiences to SVS. Prior to joining SVS, Mr. Li was the General Manager of Dalian SoftTech Development Co., Ltd., the President of YaQi Computer Technology School, General Manager of Xunda Technology Development Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Hengji Electronics Co., Ltd.. Project Manager of Yingdi Electronics Co., Ltd. Mr. Li holds an MBA from Northeast University of Finance and Economics. a M.S. in Computer Science from Dalian University of Technology, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Beijing University. Mr. Li has led or played important roles in many successful software projects including the touchless card ticket system of Dalian Public Transportation System, Dalian Population Monitoring System, Mobile Phone Payment, Employee Evaluation, On-Line Banking System for Shenzhen Development Bank, Dalian Branch, Dalian Medicare Application System. Dalian Agriculture Bank Stock Transaction System, and Dalian Merro Pharmaceutical ERP, CRM, and HR System.

Ms. Qinglan Guo brings 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, taxation, finance, business laws and regulations. Prior to joining SVS, Ms. Guo served as the Accounting Supervisor of McDonald's (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Ms. Guo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a M.S degree in Management Accounting and a B.S degree in Taxation from Northeast University of Finance and Economics in Dalian, China.

As a Project Director, Ms. Lu oversees all projects at SVS, providing directions on development process, managing resources, and communicating with customers. As a key member of SVS management team, Jun has a successful track record of being able to manage large and technically challenging projects and consistently deliver quality results. Jun's education includes a M.S. degree in Management and a B.S. degree in Engineering, both from Dalian University of Technology in China.
